Room and bathroom was very clean. Owner provided fan because there is no air conditioning also we had a small fridge in room which was very usefull. In fridge we found 2 bottles of cold water which was very nice :) We found shampoo and toilet paper on site. Kitchen was on the ground floor, fully equipped. 15 minutes by a walk to Illford or Barking underground station.

Kitchen was not so tidy as a room (maybe other people who live there left some mess).
