Nuevo, luminoso, reformado, cerca del Casco Viejo

Apartamento cómodo y bonito en un barrio con todos los servicios y muy agradable. Las camas y el sofá están perfectos y son super cómodos. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un agradable estancia. Está muy bien situado, cerca del casco antiguo. Hay aparcamiento gratuito en las proximidades (a 10 minutos andando del apartamento). Nos atendió Borja, muy atento y amable. La relación calidad-precio es excelente.

La limpieza es mejorable. Sobretodo en la cocina. El resto estaba bien.

Посиск парковки.. бесплатные почти всегда заняты. Платная - 15 евро в сутки примерно

Appartamento molto comodo, completamente ristrutturato e molto pulito. Vicinissimo ad un parcheggio per auto e alla fermata della metro. Grande disponibilità del proprietario

It’s quite close to the old town and the owner is very responsive.

The noise from the street can be heard so clearly in the smaller bedroom, even with the windows closed. The sink was clogged. The most annoying thing was the footsteps from the neighbors’ kids above: even after midnight. The building was old and we can hear the noise clearly. I had a couple of sleepless nights even with earplugs. In the end, the owner arranged a much better apartment so we could sleep much better.

Good location: 5 minutes walk from Santuxtu, which isone stop from Casco Viejo. Take the elevator from the Karmelo exit.

Our arrangement did not involve breakfasts, but we cooked for ourselves in the very good kitchen there. We found every aspect of the apartment excellent. It was bright, clean, spacious, located in a really terrific area, exactly 67 footsteps from a big BM supermercado (I had to count, it was such a pleasure to have a supermarket so close by!) The service from Borja and the staff was excellent - responding to our needs for extra cookingware and other things we needed. We enjoyed our 2 weeks there very much. Peter & Abe

There were no issues that weren't dealt with to the very best of the ability of the management, even if it involved a couple of visits. Borja and his staff obviously care alot about the welfare of their guests..
