Gorgeous cottage with generous host. Amazing location, views, and privacy. We loved it!

Hot water heater doesn't last too long. Have to walk down to the property from the road.

Cinzia was a great host. She met us at the bus stop to show us the way and checked in with us during our stay. The accommodation had everything we needed, the view was amazing and the bedding was good quality. We stayed for five nights and had an amazing time in a beautiful place. Highly recommend 😊

The most magical place in Lake Como for everyone who wants to enjoy simplicity, nature and magical views. We stayed during autumn time and could not have collected better memories in this beautiful place. Everything is lovingly arranged (even some tiny bouquets freshly picked from the garden). We got gifted with fresh eggs from the farm and some italian dolcis. The garden is absolutely beautiful with wonderful views and pretty furniture. We loved going on a walk in the morning to get a grab cornetti in a little Bar or going on a walk at night buying a Pizza in the village. One of our highlights was the cozy, yellow kitchen with views to the lake and waking up in the SUPER comfortable bed overlooking the sunrise at Lake Como. Staying in this place still feels like a dream. We also got the keys to a very magical place in Nesso, which is directly accessible from this garden. But think it's a beautiful secret to discover for everyone who is staying there. Enjoy!

Seriously, stay here. An amazing and well appointed cottage on the hill, extremely private and with everything you need as a base for Lake Como & surrounds. Cynthia saved us a car park in Nesso, and was an absolutely fantastic host with a seamless handover of keys & property walkthrough. The views from the kitchen / bedroom / garden are insane, and it seriously feels like your own private little oasis. Everything in the cottage is well thought out, and will have everything you need. Comfy bed and very spacious for two, shops close by (although 'up' the hill ;) ). If you have the opportunity to visit Cynthia's farm just down the road *DO IT*; One of the more unique spots in the region to see lakeside. From the cottage itself you can walk down to the famous Nesso bridge in only a few minutes. Amazing host, amazing property - 10/10, can only recommend staying here, we'll be back.

We had such a lovely couple of days in Nesso staying in this wonderful little cottage. We were very lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the fantastic views of the lake while soaking up the sun in the garden. Our dog also enjoyed watching the boats on the lake. Cinzia, our host was extremely friendly and helpful; saving us a parking spot, helping with luggage, producing some very fresh eggs for our breakfast and advising on restaurants and shops. We would definitely return. It’s a lovely quiet retreat after busy days of sightseeing.

Nothing. (There is a hilly walk to and from the car but it is great exercise and worth every step)

Everything. It’s even prettier in real life. The private beach area was spectacular. The Host was very friendly and responds within seconds. The location is great: close to a bus stop / a small grocery shop / the famous bridge…

Very far from car to flat, also rocky downstair, i will not recommend for Family
