Villa Sweet Flower - with Private Pool and Garden

Good location

Wi-Fi didn’t work, pity as it was also a dead zone for GSM, and it wasn’t really comfortable to plan a day without having access to internet /maps/sight-seen schedules . Nothing was suggested to fix it, except of advice to reboot (didn’t help). The week was unusually cold for mid of April, we unexpectedly ran out of Gas for heating - of course nothing was fixed due to short stay and Easter holidays. Pity that the whole house has one wine glass and not even single set of tea/coffee mugs. Being a group of nine people, we could have tea separately, in 2 shift.

The house has great potential, especially with the sunny summer days. The location is decent, with a few restaurants just a short drive away. The house is large, and the rooms are spacious.

The house could have been cleaner, and there were no warm blankets provided despite the cold nights. We found some in the closet, but they didn’t have covers and were dusty. There wasn’t enough hot water for 10 people. Wi-Fi and mobile reception were very poor inside the house, making it hard to plan or look up local information. The kitchen was also under-equipped for a large group.

Amazing location, great pool and the host was great. Helped us a lot when our flight got delayed and waited really late for us which was a great help and was very friendly and understanding.

Property did have some dust and was quite musty in the bedroom furniture. A lot of the furniture possibly a bit outdated and could do with a revamp as well as a larger amount of hot water for larger groups as it runs out quite fast.

The pool was well maintained and the villa was ok. Very private and pleasant. Let me be clear and honest, despite the state of the villa, we enjoyed our stay here very much.

The room upstairs is problematic, low ceiling, rickety stairs and useless bathroom (the ceiling was so low), also not liking the exposed wiring on the bathroom mirror. The lighting was barely visible throughout or non existent/functional. The place needs some TLC, everything seems to be falling apart. My only real gripe is the lack of hot water! There was not enough hot water for the size of the villa.

The villa had it's pro and contras. The pictures do not always apply to the reality. The outside furniture are not there, except a small table with chairs. There is only one key available to get into the gate. Either we had to all leave or someone had to stay. The swimming pool had 4 lounge chairs only and there was an umbrella stand, but no umbrella. The house itself is comfortable, but in some rooms you can't open the draws of the old furniture. There is one bedroom en-suite. The bathroom upstairs is for very, very small people, because of the height and had no light. In the kitchen you had enough chairs for 11 people, but some of the seat were broken and covered with pillows. We still enjoyed our vacation and made due with what was available, but i would not rent this villa again.

The place is not recommended at all. The house is very dirty. The beds are not comfortable. The blankets stink. smell of slop. We had chameleons in the bathroom. The hosts did not address our complaints.

Stylish villa in a lovely, spacious garden with olive trees giving shade. The location is great, 3 minutes to the beach and one can see a little hill from the garden - makes a nice walk too. The layout is very practical - the rooms and bathrooms open separately. The air conditioning works well.

The villa stylish and comfortable, but is not recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped but we missed some small things (wine glasses or good knives)
