"Overall a lovely place but some general maintenance needed"

Great location, secure, very communicative

General maintenance and cleaning in some areas needed attention, dusty in main bedroom, bathroom mirror light didn’t work so mirror steamed up after a shower, no mirror in main bedroom so had to dry hair and apply make up using hall mirror ! Spotlight out in main bathroom and plastic coming off shower trail and TV remote control in lounge didn’t work.

We loved the location, loved the comfy sofa and the layout of the whole apartment and also having clean fresh towels, toilet roll and body wash was made available for us, plus the Kitchen facilities was good also. nice and warm too and a quiet area.

Just mina things to improve. Some area's wasn't clean, Kitchen floor, Bathroom toilet the host did offer to send cleaners to come back to clean the area's that we wasn't' happy about, but because it was a Long day we decided to do it ourselves, no shelving in one of the bathrooms to place your items, TV cabinets in the bedroom and living are was dusty.

Accommodation was fantastic. Very clean and modern with secure parking . Would definitely recommend friends and family travelling to Liverpool. Thank again for a comfortable stay .

"Disappointing"

Location

Uncomfortable beds and lounge. Broken washing machine. No milk or sugar on arrival. Dirty shower. Missing fob to exit gates… had to get out of the car in the rain and open the gate from the front to drive out. Poor communication
