Cercanía de playa, el ambiente tranquilo, y a 2 minutos de playa y no hay cuestas está muy bien calidad precio

La playa de la mata que tiene mucha piedra, guarda Mar está en coche a 5 min y tiene buena solución

Apartamento con 2 habitaciones con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Recomendamos el sitio para familias como nosotros con peques.

Sylwia was very nice and helpful.

There weres not enough toilet rolls, no replacing rubbish bags. The kitchen needs a good clean and some repair. The pillows must be replaced.

The host was very communicative and able to come and greet us as our taxi arrived to the property. They also responded quickly to enquiries and allowed us late check out which was much appreciated. The apartment was well equipped with comfortable beds, washing machine, basic utensils, TV, wifi. It was very hot (August) so the air con was invaluable. It was comfortable, clean, well equipped and enough space for us (2 adults, 2 children). There was a lift which was great for the disabled person in our party. There was a lovely balcony too. The swimming pool was great and we spent time in there everyday! We would definitely visit again and recommend this spot for a quiet yet accessible location.

There was not much to dislike! Overall it was a great stay. If we had to be picky, some of the fixtures and furniture were a little wonky and in need of TLC but it did not really impact our stay. Sadly they charge 30€ for late check in past 10pm but this was explained in advance. There was only 1 set of keys for all of us which was slightly restrictive at times but we could work around that. Personally, we would have all preferred more pillows on the beds.

Sylwia was a brilliant host, quick to reply and helpful! The apartment had an electric hob/stove that wasn't working and by next morning they had it already replaced by a professional electrician - super! The apartment was very clean and had everything I could've needed during my two-week stay, including soaps and washer detergents. The long La Mata beach is just a short walk away and so is the town square with many restaurants for lunch and dinner. Just across the street of the apartment there is a lovely and popular cafe/bar, but it was never noisy and the apartment is in a very quiet area of the town.

Only drawbacks I can think of are that the air conditioning/heating isn't fully able to reach to the bedroom, but typically it isn't an issue even during the colder winter months. Also most grocery shops and stores are either in Torrevieja or further, so a car is highly recommended.

electricity is the issue across the country- stove and aircon can not work together. It blacked out. Neighbouring apartment had renovation going on. Not the fault of the apartement however we did not enjoyed that.
