"Desastroso"

Llegué con mis dos niñas menores luego de estar todo el día en el parque y me dijeron que tuvieron un error de booking y que no había lugar. Había una feria y no había lugar en todo Orlando. Terminamos durmiendo en el auto. Desastroso!!! Y lo peor es que había unas 15 familias en la misma situación y el señor del check in dijo que hacía tres días estaba sucediendo esa sobre venta. Lo que no entiendo es si ya sabían que tenían un problema hacía tres días, porque no lo solucionaron y solo te decía que estaba lleno y que te devolvían el dinero. Lo importante cuando llegas cansado a las 11,30 pm es tener un lugar donde dormir, no que tenían devuelvan el dinero. Tanto booking como el hotel desastroso!
