We booked 2 rooms the rooma has No Soap , No Shampoo , No Toilet papper , No Water tea or Coffee , the toilet has only 1 small towel , floor was dusty , we shoyld check out at 11:00 and they are knocking the doors to check out from 10:00 !! TV has no any channels nothing was working minibar was switched off. Both rooms are the same situation. It was a terrible stay

DEGrosses schönes Apartment direkt am See. Sehr ruhig und angenehm möbliert. Der Pool ist grosszügig und das Wasser sauber. Die Gartenanlage ist gepflegt. Wir waren fast die einzigen Gäste in dem Resort. Der Manager war sehr behilflich bei der Organisierung der Ausflüge und des Transfers zurück nach Kairo.
Es gibt keinen Restaurantbetrieb, keine Versorgungsmöglichkeit in der Anlage. Die Küchenausstattung war extrem dürftig und nur mit viel Improvisation war Kochen möglich. Taxis waren TukTuks, die bestellt werden mussten, alles über den Manager, der nur arabisch konnte. Ohne Übersetzungsprogramm keine Chance. Kein WLan.
DEThe room was very clean with a very nice view of the garden, pool, and Qaroun lake. The pool was nice and clean. Mr Younis is very helpful and nice. He was also flexible about check-in and out times. He followed up with us during the trip, helped us, and sent us breakfast to the room door, which was very delicious.
GBThe accommodation is large, clean and well furnished. The view was amazing from the patio. The complex does not have any facilities open but it is a short tuk tuk ride to a couple of villages. The swimming pool is just lovely. Absolutely noone else around it. So peaceful and clean. The gardens are lovely so we'll kept for an almost empty complex. It would appear the the apartments are let out by private owners where as the rest of the complex is under renovation. No noise heard at all.
Could do with more plates bowls cutlery etc. We did not need them but would have been disappointed if we had. A bottle opener is necessary.
