Confusing and wrong information. Very bad communication.We sent 2 ID’s but provided ONLY ONE(1) card for the elevator..when asked for additional card ,he sent a grab driver to the hotel, without asking if WHERE WE’LL BE..WHAT TIME IS THE DRIVER COMING..JUST VERY BAD COMMUNICATION..we missed the card, so we used one card only for the whole stay. Also, he wants me to send 3K as security deposit via G Gash to his account (???), is that the normal procedure?…. Looks like trying to scam me. He gave us a very hard time connecting the WIFI, too many different passwords. Finally, got it after more than ten email exchanges. Plenty of cooking wares, VERY NICE OVEN, complete kitchen utensils, but, written instructions posted on the walls…. “NO COOKING” !!!
IERight in front of SM Megamall, great! Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean. Check in process was smooth. Overall we enjoyed staying here. Great location.
No cooking allowed. Lift was always very busy and slow. Minor things.

The room, was clean and had all the amenities I needed. Close public parting which is a plus in Manila if one has a car.

Cooking isn't allowed, so I won't be able to save on food expenses.
THThe location is almost too good to be true. SM Megamall is not even two minutes outside the front door. Plus local shops are the same distance to the left.
