Modern Luxury 2-Bedroom Oasis in Heart of Whitley

The property is in a great location… not far from the metro and very close to the beach.

The property was not luxurious as advertised. It had not been cleaned properly… there was hair down the side of the bed and dust on the floor… showing only a quick surface clean before we entered the property. There were also several dirty dishes in the cupboard. The drunken screams and swearing from the upstairs neighbor were rather unsettling…. then seeing them most days with their friends drinking alcohol and shouting outside of their house… which is right next to the living room window made for an unpleasant experience.

We absolutely loved staying here the place was lovely and spacious lots of room for 2 adults 2 children. Was well equipped in the kitchen, lovely and clean perfect. The area was fantastic lovely and quiet and a walk down the street straight to the beach. Would highly recommend

The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was in good condition.

The property wasn’t very clean. It was sold as luxury 5* but was far from that. There was no cleaning equipment provided ie tea towels dish cloth etc the kitchen equipment was basic certainly not 5* most of the cleaning had been neglected for months. There was no parking permit sent a message to vacant Nest but got no response so rang they said they would get back to us but didn’t so had to pay parking the whole time we were there. On pointing this out we got two different reasons why we hadn’t got one. Standard of decoration was poor. In our opinion the standard didn’t reach anywhere what it was sold as. The view from the bedroom windows were empty cans and rubbish not what you would expect for 5* luxury one of the blinds was broken.So disheartened we came home after 2 nights.

Very clean, great location near the centre and 2 minutes walk to the beach. Had everything you could need and a great shower. Communication from the host was excellent.
