-The location is perfect, near to the airport (a good walk), and to the riverside, even more. The Tower is neither that far. -It was a bit loud sometimes due to the street gangs, but very safe inside. -The Staff is kind, automates the checkin process and they are in the nextgen digital era. -If you leave the place and start to go left at the other side of the street, you find a great coffee shop/small store. I recommend that, for the mornings!

-Unclear if there was no heating or just I could not configure that. -The white door-window, the only real source of air was barely manageable, hard to open, rusty and unsafe. -Fresh air disappeared in 5 mins after the door was closed... -Cleaning staff of the house on Saturday morning were quite loud. -It took that much time to figure out how to get warm water, that the hot water tank became empty... -There was no any soap (1-2EUR investment...), and the cheapest shower gels, very hard to open them and so tiny (useless). Overall, the location is superb, but the owner doesn't seem to renovate/develop the place too much, the important infrastructure. Because of this the price seems to be somewhat high.

The location was truly exceptional, offering unparalleled convenience and accessibility. You could reach numerous destinations with remarkable ease, thanks to the vibrant streets lined with lively bars and delightful restaurants just a stone's throw away. Additionally, being so close to the airport made traveling incredibly convenient, allowing for a seamless experience whether you were arriving or departing. The atmosphere was bustling and full of energy, making it the perfect spot to explore local culture and cuisine. Not to miss the place had fireplace mimic which we found it cute.

The musty aroma of mold permeates the air, and while you can open the door, the aged structure might be unnerving for those with a lower tolerance for such an environment. Inside, you’ll find furniture that exudes a vintage charm, with each piece telling its own story through the wear and character it has accumulated over the years.

Perfect location and good beds

There was no warm water

The room design was quite good. The house was kept clean. Heating system was working well.

Bathroom was quite small which made hard to prepare ( tap selection between hot and cold) optimal temperature water from inside. If you keep door open then water was spilling out in the toilet area which made it a bit untidy.

The stay is accurate to the pictures and it was clean.

The wifi barely worked. The electricity went out on the second day and the host did not respond via booking or phone. We waited 3 hours and then we had to leave and book another stay because there was no electricity. We were only able to get a partial refund via booking.com.
