Avendo scelto una opzione di ospitalità con colazione inclusa non mi aspettavo di trovare soltanto qualcosa lasciata in cucina, qualche fetta biscottate e marmellata, niente latte e capsule di caffè...una al giorno...da dividere in due!!

Very comfortable and centrally located.

The apartment was equipped with cooking pots and pans but NO utensils to use them. Sicily is rightly famous for its wines but NO wine glasses in the apartment. Both very disappointing.

Hermoso departamento, bien ubicado, cerca de las Salinas. Lugar muy tranquilo. Los dueños son muy amables. Muy limpio y cómodo!

Quiet location, comfortable bed and spacious kitchen made this a fantastic stay. Simona and her family are incredibly welcoming and were very helpful over the course of our stay.

# The accommodation itself is charming and has a cozy atmosphere. # It is pet-friendly, and our dogs had ample space to roam around, which was a big plus for us. # Communication before arrival was in English, which was helpful. # When we experienced an issue with the warm water in the kitchen, the father of the owner resolved it promptly the next day, which we appreciated.

# Check-in process: This was quite frustrating. At the agreed check-in time, no one was available, and the location listed online was incorrect. We had to wait on the main road until someone arrived to send us the correct location. # Language barrier: The person sent to assist with check-in (the father) only spoke Italian, making the process more challenging. # Practicality issues: The house, though lovely, felt like no one actually lived there. For example, there were no coat hangers, which made it less practical for a stay. # Kitchen: The kitchen is not very practical. There is no space to place dishes after washing up, and it lacks essential cooking tools and pots, which made meal preparation inconvenient. # Fireplace: The fireplace shown in the pictures is closed off and not usable. # Comfort concerns: The bed had an old mattress, and the pillows were broken, which significantly affected our comfort during the stay. # Breakfast: The "breakfast included" was underwhelming, lacking basics like milk for coffee, tea, and cereals. # Low ceilings: The description should mention the low ceiling in certain areas, especially the bathroom. It has a step and a low beam, making it unsuitable for people taller than 1.80 meters. My partner hit his head badly and even fell, which was alarming.

Very comfortable house, quiet location, good starting point for Marsala, Trapani, Erice. Very good communication with owner. Free parking.

I booked just before Christmas for few days because I liked the original traditional decor and green area around. Finally stayed almost one month! Hosts there are just lovely. They will support any need you have, available anytime, very kind. The complex has few independent places each with nice terrace so you can ask what currently is available and set great conditions for yourself. Internet is good enough, kitchen well equipped. Area very pretty and calm - many private villas and fields with olive trees around, the see and islands view give unique atmosphere. Best is to rich by car but there is also train station not too far.
