Clean, safe, quiet, attractive.

Location was great. Apartment was clean and a/c worked very well. Beach was very nice and appreciated the beach chairs. Even though we didn't use all the items provided it was very nice they were there! Could easily use the stairs or elevator. Bathroom seems to have been recently redone. Bed was comfy.

Difficult to find street parking when first arriving but not a deal breaker. Would change curtains - need to be wider to cover the window and shorter to stop blocking the a/c. Might put a small lamp near the kitchen area.

I read reviews but this property isn’t like what was generally reviewed. This property is a unit in a 100 year old historic Palm Beach building on National Registry at 235 Sunrise Avenue.. There are approximately 250 units in building.. The building due to its age is being renovated. The roof is being updated for example.. So best thing is the location…T Next the property has 24 hour reception/ valet parking which is free to tenants., The property has a spa on first floor. The property has a heated pool, but when I was there around New Years week the sun did not hit the pool because of its location between buildings..Perhaps later in year when sun gets higher in sky.. The property has three class restaurants within a block & new French bakery/breakfast/lunch shop next door. The ocean is couple block away & can be entered through a gate that is unlocked on Trail? Street..

Wish the sun hit the pool all the time .. I’d be out there every day.. Wish the spa had discounts for tenants..
