"Froze my butt off and had to walk around the puddles on the floor inside the unit."

Location

It was freezing in the unit. The steep stairs going up to the bedroom are dangerous as there is no handrail on the open side of the ladder. There are at least four leaks in the ceiling. The bedroom floor was wet. The downstairs floor had two big puddles during the stay there because it rained a lot and the water was dripping from the ceiling onto the floor. The place should not be rented out again until the leaks are fixed and the ladder to the bed upstairs are are fixed / made safe.
