We enjoy our stay at High Sierra very much! Quiet and cute neighborhood. The location is about a ~12min drive to Heavenly California Lodge and downtown (couple minutes less or more depending on traffic). We had 6 adults and 2 small children and we had lots of space. We really enjoyed the toys and the books provided as well as the sleds in the garage. There were two pack and plays in the master bedroom closet.
