USWe were moved from Apt 15 to Apt 13. Apt 15 cooling is not good at all. Apt 13 was good. The location is one block off the water. Room was quiet. Walking distance to many cafes, Deiesengoff, Frishman, Shook Carmel. Owner was easy to contact and provided most of the missing supplies we needed (towels, blankets, shampoo, etc.). But these supplies should not have been missing to start with.
The unit claims there is a dryer. There is no dryer. The washer is inadequate as it does not sufficiently spin dry the clothes. There is no laundry detergent. We almost used floor cleaner as we could not read Hebrew and this bottle was the only laundry detergent looking bottle under the sink. We reserved the unit for 5 people. Initial qty of supplies was completely inadequate but the owner eventually sent them over.

The mattresses could use some refreshing. Be prepared for no shelf/sink space in the second bathroom, so a hanging toiletry/make-up bag is essesntial.
ILGreat host. Got people to come fix stuff right before the weekend even though it's a short work day. The location is amazing and so is the view. The living room and dining area are spacious.
one of the rooms is very small. the apartment was not clean, including the beds sheets. We had cockroaches and other bugs in the kitchen (an exterminator came friday morning and it helped). We couldn't find the boiler at first and the owner didn't know either so we had cold water for a day (its on the second floor next to the washing machine). The electric stove barely works and the kitchenware was left in dishwasher for a long time and had a weird smell. This apartment has great potential but should be handled a bit better.
