Beach Pearl - Beach Front House with Private Pool

The host George was very welcoming and helpful. He would text to see whether we needed anything but was never intrusive at all. We knew that we could ask him if we had any issues, although this was not the case for us. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Its location is very close to the sea and is in a peaceful and quiet location on the island. The local road is quite close but was very quiet especially in the evening and at night. We never noticed any significant traffic noise. The sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, solely for villa guests use, is very good to have. The beach itself is very long with only a few scattered people at any one time on it when we were there. The village of Gennadi is about 4km north and has good restaurants, a supermarket, a lovely bakery, and fruit shop. Suitable for our needs and well worth a visit. The location is a great starting point to discover this quieter southern part of the island which has some great beaches, restaurants and also interesting historic sites. We highly recommended this villa and a big thank you to George, a lovely host.

Die Lage war super, so ruhig und der Strand sehr nah. Es war sehr schön und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, Unser Gastgeber war so herzlich und fragte uns täglich, ob wir etwas benötigen. Versorgte uns bei Ankunft mit Getränken und überraschte uns mit Obst.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Georges nous a gentiment offert du melon et des figues de son jardin, une délicate attention. L’endroit est très calme et la plage, quasiment déserte, dispose de transats et parasols à volonté. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement aux voyageurs en quête d’un séjour balnéaire paisible. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la plage, et le personnel se montre à la fois accueillant, disponible et réactif.

Accueil très gentil du propriétaire qui prenait régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour savoir si tout allait bien. Plage quasi déserte à 100 mètres de la maison. Frigo avec boissons à notre arrivée et délicieuse pastèque apportée par le propriétaire. Piscine avec belle profondeur. Commerces et restaurants dans un rayon de 5 km. Maison spacieuse.

Intérieur un peu sombre dans le séjour. La proximité de la grand route (mais situation identique sur toute la côte dans la région).

Für uns war der Urlaub Erholung pur. Bei Ankunft standen für uns im Kühlschrank Wasser, Wein und Säfte bereit. Wir bekamen frisches Gemüse und fast täglich frisches Obst. Dies lag immer vormittags aufm Gartentisch für uns bereit. Auch der Tipp von unserem Vermieter, die Wassermelone mit Schafskäse zu essen, war genial. Privatpool und Privatstrand waren sehr sauber. Außerdem war der Strand in einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir möchten uns jetzt nochmal bei unserem Gastgeber bedanken, dass er uns einen so schönen Aufenthalt ermöglichte. :-)

Lovely house with everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. It's in a quiet very private location with easy access to the beach, which we had almost to ourselves. There is lots of outside space and a lovely pool. George is an excellent host, always available to offer help and advice. And we really appreciated the fruit and veg from his garden. Would definitely recommend hiring a car as it's about 5km from Gennadi and George advised to try the tavernas in the local villages to avoid the crowds.

As I suffer from lower back pain, i found the mattress a little uncomfortable.

I highly recommend a stay at Beach Pearl - Beach Front House with Private Pool. This is a very unique place, ideal if you value peace and privacy. The villa is perfectly equipped - washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, coffee maker, oven and even a toaster! There were soft towels available, which smelled beautiful. A very big plus is the private pool and a covered terrace right next to it. Relaxing by the pool you can hear the sound of the sea! We were completely alone on the beach :) The host George was very nice and helpful. He was interested in whether we needed anything, spoiled us with delicacies from his garden. Thanks to him, we felt safe and knew that we could go to him with any problem. Pearl Villa is the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of large resorts. I recommend it to everyone!

Hospitable landlord who spoilt us with delicacies from his own production and was always available. the children loved the beautiful stones at the beach and the small clean pool good starting point to discover the quieter south the most important groceries can be found 10 minutes away, kitchen is equipped with everything necessary Well-functioning air conditioning Mosquito net not available, but was not necessary, had no mosquitoes in contrast to the centre/east of the island. We felt safe and comfortable

Outdoor shower by the pool was not switched on

George and his family were very friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. On arrival, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, and a few basics, till we could get to the shops.The pool was very clean, best we've had in a villa. The beach was a short walk away, with sunbeds and an umbrella, solely for our use. We love the village of Gennadi, which has great restaurants, supermarket, bakery, and fruit shop. We will highly recommend this villa to anybody thinking of going.
