"A lovely clean modern practical property very convenient to the CBD."

We love the location, free parking, clean tidy rooms, everything works well, keyless entry. Also now the new sports centre is open right next door it’s a perfect place to stay.

Mattress on 2nd floor needed turning or changing as it is worn out and dips on one side. There were a few noisy neighbours after 10pm and at night. We didn’t use not know who to call.

"Lovely place to stay for a short holiday visit to Christchurch."

Good location, comfy sofa, washing machine fridge & appliances all worked perfectly.

Could have done with a couple of thicker pillows and an indoor airer for clothes that don’t go in the dryer. Also the vegetable saucepan did not have a lid and there was no red lid bin. Small things but they add up!
