la situation géographique de l'appartement au cœur de la ville et près de la plage , la place de parking juste à côté du logement.

L'amélioration pourrait venir d'une machine à café style Nespresso mais surtout une petite attention comme du café pour démarrer et une bouteille d'eau au réfrigérateur toujours appréciable quand on arrive après plusieurs heures de voyage.
