Very comfortable beds. Great location for visiting local bike trails.

Boiler wasn't working on arrival so no heating or hot water. I had to re-pressurise the boiler myself to remove the the fault code and get the boiler working again. It's lucky that I am an engineer.

Thoroughly new renovation. High-quality double beds, linens, towels. Abundantly well provisioned kitchen. Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, separate living room. It's in a nice neighborhood in a charming small town. BTW: I arrived after dark, in the rain, had trouble finding the entrance, and received immediate phone support from Booking.com

For my family, it was perfect, but it is a 4-floors townhouse with some narrow stairs, so it is not ideal for those with mobility issues.

Lovely property with elevated position with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Excellent large double bedrooms, very clean and well appointed, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A few minutes from the town with good, friendly bars and restaurants. Great communication from our host Tom. Parking is tight outside but plentiful free parking in Long Stay with parking permit. Very pleased and look forward to staying longer next time, thank you😎

It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the views were lovely from the windows.

Parking was a problem as there is no designated space near the house. Although you get a pass to park 1 car it is quite away to walk when you’ve been out all day and just want to park up. We had 2 cars and spent a while every night trying to park.

clean toilets, clean kitchen, clean bathrooms, very tidy presentation. except the bay window in the living room which felt a bit rickety. Utensils and cutlery seemed freshly washed and kept. Beddings were high quality. Wifi was good enough across the house. Loads of books on the bookshelf, a bluray player with loads of discs etc. (which I didn't get time to use, as we were mostly out and about). A working fireplace , which is rare to find these days. Overall the property looks very well kept and I would recommend it do anyone who wants to live in Snowdonia Park.

Parking up a steep hill is not for an average driver. Long stay car park permit (provided free for one car) location is atleast 10-12 mins walk through town. Garden felt totally unkempt and abandoned.
