The staff responded very slowly. When I asked about the deposit, I was told it would be confirmed within 24 hours. However, after 24 hours, I was told they still needed to double-check. This is something that should have been handled earlier. The lift service was also very poor. It took around 30 minutes just to get a lift, and it was always full. During check-in, there was another issue with collecting the key because the lockbox area was crowded and jammed. We had to wait for a long time in the hot mailbox area. In fact, I was the one who suggested using a wire to retrieve the key through the opening. If we had waited for the staff to come up with a solution, we might not have been able to check in until much later that night.

So far semua okay cuma lantai bilik air tu macam tak cuci berlumut dan hampir ya bini saya yang tengah sarat 8bulan tergelincir.Aircond pulak 2bilik ok tapi 1 bilik masterbedroom aircond tak okay,tunggu jugak staff dia datang betullkan tapi tak datang.macam keperluan mesin basuh,peti ais..ok..kalau boleh letaklah mesin air coway tu.pengalaman saya bermalam kt sini,saya,isteri,adik dan anak buah saya mandi kt kolam dan tiba ii ada dengar suara orang kelam kabut rupanya ada orang lemas kat kolam..org dewasa not budak kecik lah..kalau boleh kolam tu klorin kurangkan lah bahaya untuk budak ii jugak boleh sesak nafas..
