No toilet paper—delivered a day after the request. 4. Leaks in the master bedroom—visible leaks raise structural concerns. 5. Malfunctioning air conditioning, which is problematic given the weather. Additionally, I complained about poor communication, as phone calls were not answered, and responses were only provided through messages, delaying solutions. I requested an immediate response, issue resolution, and compensation for the inconvenience, along with a direct phone contact for faster communication.
