Íbúðin er á góðum stað, ströndin hinumegin við götuna, stutt að ganga í miðbæinn og stutt í Pola park. Þurftum aldrei að leggja langt frá og fólkið á svæðinu kurteist og hjálpsamt. Þvottavélina í íbúðinni

Þegar við komum þá var gólfið loðið af ryki, við áttum bókaða gistingu í 2 vikur og það voru engin hreinsiefni til að þrífa ekki einu sinni wc efni, það voru ekki rúmföt til skiptanna og einungis eitt sett af handklæðum við reddum okkur og notuðum þvottavélina ekkert mál en mjög skrítið miðað við lengd dvalar. Loftkæling var bara í 1 svefnherbergi og í stofunni, það var annað tæki í einu herberginu en það var engin fjarstýring þannig ekki hægt að nota það (eigendur sögðu að hún hefði brotnað og þau væru að reyna að redda nýrri) Brauðristinn virkaði ekki og lét ég eigendur vita og þau ætluðu að redda nýrri nema ég vildi versla fyrir þau brauðrist og þau mundu borga mér til baka sem ég afþakkaði. Það var mjög vond lykt í eldhúsinu og engin aðstaða til að borða innandyra. Svalirnar eru þröngar miðað við að þær eru eini staðurinn sem hægt er að setjast niður við borð til að borða. Það mætti viðhalda íbúðinni betur og þá yrði dvölin ánægjulegri. Skyggnið á svölunum orðið slappt.

Las vistas

La hora de entrada a partir de las 16h y la salida antes de las 11h del dia siguiente, no me pareció bien. Había cafetera nespresso pero faltaba el cacito para poder utilizarla. No había aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.

Unfortunately nothing. We couldn’t get in to the property at all. It was extremely urgent for me and my kids to rent this apartment and I booked it at late evening. I got confirmation that everything is ok and we went there. But as soon we were there with my kids there was no response from the property owner to let us in. The phone number that provided wasn’t available it was not even Spanish landline. Unfortunately we had to go away at night time because no one meet us. So bad! And I was very disappointed! Never would recommend if you need it in extremely urgent time!

Nothing

Nice terrace with a nice view of the sea. Really close to the sea. The restaurants in the neighborhood were very good. The flat was equipped very well.

Strange layout of the flat, bedroom with window into the kitchen. The mattress was extra soft and uncomfortable to me. In other accommodations in Spain it was standard to have some equipment to the beach, there was only a sun umbrella.

Great location ,plenty of space ,

Great location, fab little restaurant just downstairs. Easy to reach by car from alicante airport lots of parking. Quiet residential area just a short stroll to the port. Morning sun on the balcony and a lovely sea view. Good base to explore the coast.

It is on 4th floor and no lift which was fine for us but some might find it difficult. Beds are quite firm mattress and I prefer a softer mattress but that is a personal taste so not really a negative. Otherwise it was all great.
