We liked the size of the home, it was furnished with just what was needed. The pool was great to have as it was at least 115 degrees during our stay. Location was great for what we needed.

The hot water heater was out, therefore we had several nights of cold showers. The owner sent someone to fix it which resulted in luke warm water as the unit needed to be replaced we were told. It was not my responsibility on my vacation to wait at the property for maintenance persons as the owner stated he was out of town. I feel there should have been a representative available for such emergencies. The knob on the shower was broken in the secondary bathroom, so that shower could not be used.

Great location. Not too much traffic. Close to spring training. Great parks and bike trails. House was great. No complaints. Definitely recommend this place. Awesome.
