"Villa needs updating mesh pool area needs repaired"

The beds comfy the chairs comfy tv selection good

The pool mesh covering was ripped and a raccoon came into the pool area Ice dispenser broke Villa needs an update especially the kitchen Bin dirty Need to buy your own dishwasher and detergent and extra toilet rolls and I had to buy a frying pan as the ones provided were scratched to bits

"Once in a lifetime trip to Orlando after having cancelled due to COVID"

Location, gated community, wifi, excellent kitchen equipment. Owner allowed us to check out later in the day to compensate from some of the problems reported which was appreciated.

Safe had no batteries so didn’t work. Reported to owner who said last guest had broken it but it seems it’s been broken a while as a guest reported it back in July. Constant noise can be heard from the pump of the next door house through the 3 bedrooms on that side of the house. Granted this was out of control of the owner. Reported both issues to management company, they didn’t attend. Guest book had pages ripped out so don’t bother leaving an honest review in there cause it would just be ripped out. Batteries missing from pool door alarms. Pool not cleaned before we arrived or at all during our stay. Had to remove hair and dirt from filter at the bottom of pool. Reported all faults to owner and management company, owner replied, who doesn’t live close and was recovering from back operation. No reply from management company.

Definitely an amazing trip and a fantastic house! Perfect distance to literally everything. Great amenities at the house and club house! We definitely would recommend!

"Amazing beautiful home with pool"

The kids loved the pool and the beds were comfortable and the house was amazing all together,the host kept in contact the our whole stay,it was a wonderful rental home and resort,our family trip was awesome.
