Apartment Tortugas - rooms with AC and great pool at 5 min from Carrizalillo beach and Benito Juarez Bulevard

This apartment was amazing. It was just a short walk from a beautiful lookout where I watched the sunset every evening—truly one of the highlights of my stay. The view from the apartment itself was stunning, and the swimming pool was perfect for cooling off. I especially loved the outdoor shower by the pool, which made it easy to rinse off after a swim. The location was ideal. I actually looked forward to the walk down to the main road with all the restaurants and stores—it was a great way to get my steps in while enjoying the neighborhood. Comfortable, scenic, and perfectly placed, this apartment made my trip unforgettable.

It worked very well with a small pool just outside our door a few feet. It was also very easy access in and out. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby.

De kussens vd bank/stoel zijn aan vervanging toe. Schoonmaak zou beter kunnen. Maar overall hebben we genoten van ons verblijf.

La ubicación era muy buena, la alberca era amplia y bien climatizada, el apartamento amplio y muy limpio con todos los servicios.

La comunicación durante el periodo de reserva fue muy mala, estuvimos un mes esperando la confirmación del pago. Una vez que llegamos a las instalaciones hubo mejor comunicación. Cuando nos entregaron el depto no nos especificaron el número de toallas de alberca que nos dejaban y a la salida nos querían cobrar una toalla qué nunca nos dejaron. Después de mucho insistirles aclarando que ni siquiera las habíamos usado revisaron y se dieron cuenta que era un error de su parte, eso fue de muy mal gusto. Además, el primer dia hubo personas dando mantenimiento al depto durante nuestra estancia.

The host was at the property waiting for us. She was very friendly, showed us the apartment, and kept in constant contact before our arrival.

This is a nice apartment, but it needs some maintenance and general cleaning. There are some areas in the bathroom that we actually had to clean because they were disgusting. I believe the property has a humidity issue, as the bottom part of each wall shows an attempt to fix it but wasn't finished properly. The layout and overall property are really nice, but the unit where we stayed needs a lot of cleaning and a general update. The rate paid wasn't cheap, and I am okay with that, but I expected it to be at least clean.

Sink had mold in it. One of the bathrooms had ants and the living was hot.
