The fact that the beach was closed which we were not informed of before we booked.

The house was bright, clean, and modern, with an easy comfort that made settling in simple. It was well stocked with supplies and beach gear, the kind of place where everything you might need was already there. Our family of five had plenty of space and quickly fell into the rhythm of the days. The beach and pool were close enough to come and go without effort, and the children moved between sand and water the way they should during spring break. We spent our days in the sun and our evenings together, tired in the good way that comes from salt air and the sea. It was a fine place for a family, and we left with good memories. 🌊☀️

The location was wonderful; on the no drive beach portion of NSB. Hurricane force rated sliding doors kept all outside noise out, which was a bonus. Communication with the owner was great; very quick response and a willingness to make our stay comfortable. I was impressed with the modern features, and how the unit is spacious and well set up to accommodate a large family. Furnishings were top notch, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Bathrooms were stocked as well with great amenities and big, fluffy, clean towels. The coffee bar was great; with many options and snacks. My granddaughters loved the fact that they could have cocoa in the morning with a granola bar or snack option. There were also many kids' toys to play with, which kept the kids entertained. The main level of living was so comfy with soft throw blankets and comfortable seating. It was such a treat to have the many toys, beach towels, umbrellas, ice chests, to take to the beach in a wagon that was easy to pull. It was evident to me that the owners put a lot of thought and care into making this a wonderful, comfortable place to stay, with little effort on the part of the renter. That was very refreshing. It was also nice to have a full-size washer and dryer with fully stocked soap, bleach, etc.

I loved the amount of items available. Laundry detergent, free snacks for my kids, coffee and toilet paper.

The house was beautiful and had everything. Plenty of towels, beach stuff, games, etc. definitely the location and it was super quiet.
