Close to the beach and to the bus station. Nice restaurants around.

This is a small property but enough for 3-4 people. We came late in the evening and kitchen appliances were off including the fridge, we contacted Massimo (sending him fuse box photo) he answered that the fuse was off and we should put it on. The problem was that it was impossible as the fuses were going off instantly. I switched off the fuse of the washing machine and it was sorted out. Massimo came next day checked the washing machine and he was satisfied that he fixed the problem. For the next few days we had to switched on the fuses every day and night around 1-2 am and pm. Otherwise the fridge was down . After the first visit we had a contact with him only via messages. On Thursday WiFi stopped working😂. We texted him that the fridge and other appliances are off every day and night and WiFi is off, so we were getting instructions via messages again (switch this and that, press this and that , reset the rooter, send me a picture, disconnect washing machine) this property is not for holiday makers it is rather for someone who likes DIY . Internet was on and off constantly at the end it was just not recharged as we found out from the messages. Be aware that there is 100 euros deposit. After leaving the property we asked for our deposit to be send back and it really started to be very unpleasant. We were asked where are the linen and towels🤔. This is a small 2 bed flat not a castle, easy to check the rooms in 1 second. We called Massimo but he does not answer the phone, asked him why he is accusing us of stealing linen and towels. I had better stuff to bring home from my holiday than old used towels. Massimo answered that it was misunderstanding with the staff (whatever it means). At the end the deposit was returned but I still feel very upset and it was very unprofessional and offensive to be accused of stealing linen. Massimo stated that he is not accusing us of stealing just asking questions, but no sorry or apologising.

Good location, clean ish, shower in the back yard . Good air conditioner, beds were ok.

I didn’t like the company who manages it. We’re very unprofessional. Didn’t check in an hour and 15 after the agreed time. Didn’t give any check in or check out instructions. Made us give all passport details on the day of check in with no notice, and also a 100 euro deposit on the day, which was hard when travelling and don’t have internet. And also the deposit only accepted certain ways of paying which I didn’t have. Didn’t like people living downstairs, and could hear you talking in the backyard. And were just sitting on their couch while you ate outside or had a drink. Didn’t like the oven not working or microwave thing they have.

Amazing location (around the corner from the beach). Clean and modern apartment!

The second bedroom only had linens for one single bed. This meant my 4 year old and I shared 1 single bed. Not a huge deal but I now know to specify how many guests and beds are needed.

We had everything we needed. Also toys and swimming gear for our non swimmers. So close to the beach and public transportation.

Great location close to Poetto (around 220m to walk to the beach). The apartment is clean and has everything you need for vacation (including dishwasher and washing machine + dryer). Beds are comfortable.

The door of the shower was not closing properly so water was leaking out on the floor while showering. Massimo (great host by the way) will get it fixed 😀.
