The tiny house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Fresh fruit and eggs for breakfast. Perfect for a short stay for a couple.

The tiny house was amazing with its covered deck and enclosed area for the dogs. Really close to Paradise Valley where we needed to be.

It was a little expensive charging per dog, but we had five with us, so a big ask.

"Lovely stay with warm welcoming atmosphere"

Lovely feeling of being a guest at Aria's farm with all complimentary food, fruits, and chocolate provided. My daughter loved the farm tours and enjoyed talking to staff about animals. Animals were looked after very well.

Rabbits and guinea pigs were kept in cage which wasn't nice. Spa was not that clean, and actually, being at Rotorua, we chose to go to spa pools.

1. pet friendly B&B (even provide a lots of pet friendly location to visit around Rotorua) 2. good relaxation and enjoy the hot SPA after outdoor activity 3. breakfast & fruits are nice, the facility is well equipped for tourists, especially with kids family.

"We highly recommend Arias Farm"

We will definitely be back to stay at Arias Farm the next time we are in Rotorua. Kerris was an exceptional host, going over and above to make our stay comfortable. Her communication was on point and we felt right at home! Everything you need is provided with a few extra surprises. The tiny home is privately set behind the lodge. Its in immaculate condition with very modern furnishings and colour scheme. The enclosed deck was toasty warm and super cozy with the sun beaming in during the day, and the heater on in the evening. The section is fully fenced and our dog had the freedom to roam in the yard, when we were home to watch her. The neighbourhood was safe to walk our dog in. The enclosed spa was a treat for a nice hot evening soak. Parking is right out front, nice and close. We couldnt have asked for much more. Everything was perfect.

There was nothing we did not like. Our stay exceeded our expectations.
