Location, comfortable bed everything you needed

No blackout blind in bedroom

Central location. Had everything we needed.

Perfect central location. Lovely hosts via phone and message communication. We didn't use the car at all once parked for free on the side street. Excellent attention to detail with facilities - we had everything we could have needed (iron, tea towels, bedding, ice trays, cleaning products). You name it, it was there. Shower was hot and powerful. Bed was compact, yes smaller than at home but not so small you couldn't sleep in it, it's a standard double. Bedding was good (besides protector). Nice touch with the French doors to the front of the property. Modern kitchen and TV. Comfy sofa for chilling. Nice small area to sit out the back in the sunshine. Lots of quirky decor touches. Ample space for two.

It's tired, it's clean but it's surface clean. Bathroom (not the suite) needs a deep clean, lots of cobwebs around bathroom windows, and down the corners of the bedroom walls. Ornaments (particularly the coral bathroom one) need cleaning, they're really dusty as are the door panels. A thorough clean would rectify this quickly as would a freshen up to the bedroom/bathroom wall paint where it's been knocked over time. Finally, I understand the need and use for mattress protectors for hygiene but plastic ones are not the quietest nor comfiest to sleep on. Wouldn't say it's suitable for four in terms of size/storage.

How nosey the apartment was and had all tge facilities and it also has sea view n close to beach therefore made our stay more relaxed and tge host was very warm and went above and beyond to let us chuck in early n leave our bags on check out so we could av extra time to explore Cleethorpes I'd definitely recommend to family and friends 🧡 and it also was very syraight forward finding the place and access even had a back patio area absolutely brilliant

The only thing I would av recommend to av the heating on before hand with it just been spring and on sea front just to air place out apart from that I cannot fault the place especially for the price

The apartment is looking a bit tired and is in need of decorating. The top of the wall units over the oven are collecting dust! Bathroom floor was filthy I cleaned it with the floor mop and took a picture of the cleaning head after the wash.
