"Beware of additional fees charged."

Comfortable beds.

Traveled with our dog and was charged the $50 pet fee. Two days later I was charged an additional $70 fee for “black spots and a tear on the duvet”. When I asked the facility to clarify this and send me pictures, they said they were unable to do so. I then asked for the corporate phone number and they would not give it to me and they told me thrrr was nothing I could do about this additional charge. I know for a fact we did not tip the duvet, we stayed for only one night and mostly slept and checked out early the next day. The facility made me feel like they could charge whatever they wanted and made me feel like it was impossible to fight this charge. I think it’s such a bad business practice to say we’re charging you this additional fee and we took pictures, but were unable to show you any proof and we cannot send you the pictures, but too bad you’re stuck paying whatever fee we choose to charge you. This made me incredibly upset, and I will no longer stay at any Holidsy Inn because of this. The hotel itself was nice and clean , but it’s a shame that this is how they choose to run their business.
