Villa Pawikan Gorgeous 4 beds villa in the heart of Seminyak

Beautiful villa with an outdoor kitchen alongside a pool. It was always kept clean by the staff on a daily basis. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants.

In one of the rooms - it kept on being flooded with water coming out from the cracks on the floor, was worse on the days when it rained. It was a know issue to the host

Had a fantastic time at Villa Pawikan. The modern aesthetics and clean pool must have made for a relaxing stay. Ms. Yasmine's warm welcome and helpfulness definitely add to the overall experience. Being close to restaurants and bars is a great bonus too! Very recommended.

The spacious bed rooms , pool toys nice touch and great prompt communication with villa manager.

Unfortunately I felt false advertising that it’s new, based on broken toilet seat , mould on tiles in bathrooms, bubbled plaster walls in bathroom, dirty bin area under sink. Villa needs some touch up if advertising as new. The beds should have a sheet, not just a heavy warm doona, the sheets also quiet stained. Power outage- due to not topping up money for power. Fresh towels and face washers for that length of stay too would be better. A welcome drink on arrival would be a nice touch like most villas.

Looked exactly like the pictures, it was so gorgeous and the all the rooms were amazing !!

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect!

Beautiful villa, we could message the villa manager for more water for the fountain and it would be delivered within minutes.

The sheets and towels were changed once over a 9 night stay.
