"Fantastic apartment!"

Great location for the Utilita arena. Plenty of bars & restaurants just a few minutes walk away. 15/20 min walk to the bullring & city centre. The apartment is exactly like the photos & has everything you need.

Parking wasn't as easy as described. It was fine for our family members as they had a disabled badge & parked outside the apartment. It would be best to arrange parking before visiting.

"Great place would stay again"

Great location, walking distance to the city & the utilita arena for concerts. Everything very close by. Modern apartment & very clean and well maintained.

Mattress in bed quite uneven, so made it a bit uncomfortable. Living area was cold even with heaters on. No lifts either so a few flights of stairs to climb with luggage

"Lovely apartment next to the canal. Conveniently placed for concerts etc at the Utilita Arena."

Property was easy to get to. 5 minute walk to Utilita Arena. 10-15 minute walk to New Street station and Bullring. Taxi was quite cheap for the times you need one.

No lift from ground floor, only first floor. Would have been helpful to be able to use the access door to the canal walk which was on the first floor.

"Beautiful apartment"

The property was a lovely apartment with all the facilities needed, it was very clean and a 15 minute walk from the Bullring. Customer service was friendly, helpful and polite.

There is a negative, even though we were only staying there for a few days we had to sign a tenancy, that is sent a couple of days before check in (after the free cancellation date) it was 10 pages long and had so many dos and don'ts, all of which would cost me money it made the experience destressing. Some of the points were: • Overstaying (at least ten minutes over the agreed check-out time) – £25.00 • Lost keys - £150.00 • Lock-out charge - £75.00 • Should a guest or client report that a service or an appliance is faulty and subsequent inspection confirms that the appliance was not faulty, but was not being operated properly by the guest, and where usage instructions have been provided, we reserve the right to charge the guest for the maintenance call out, as an Additional Charge of £150. I found this to be incredulous, if we thought something broke down and you weren’t sure, rather than being safe than sorry, you’d be terrified to call them for fear of the cost. There were many statements that they weren’t responsible if things went wrong with the booking, the wifi or anything else. I recommend to anyone staying there to read FULLY though this contract. To cover myself I took photos of the whole apartment when I got there and when I left, I was in panic mode that I might have forgotten something and not had the £300 deposit returned. It's a shame as this dampened my experience in this beautiful apartment. Overall and if the Tenancy doesn’t bother you this is a beautiful apartment and worth the money.

"It's a great place"

The property was clean and modern and retrofitted. Pictures are as represented. Location was good for our purpose as you could reach the Mailbox, Victoria square, the Bullring and other places of interest by foot.

Finding the property posed a challenge as there was no signage or house number to identify. There are no lifts, only stairs, so if travelling with luggage may pose a challenge for some. We requested king-size beds, but in effect they were two singles pushed together, in both rooms occupants experienced falling between gap in middle of bed during sleep.
