White bedding and towels had been hanging on the washing line since I arrived on Tuesday night, and I had to bring them in myself The bathroom mats, which used to be white, were visibly soiled. The living room rug and balcony turf need proper hoovering. I found an opened packet of condoms under my mattress while removing the linen before check out. The Wi-Fi was turned off at 7:00 AM. on check-out day, which is absolutely ludicrous. While I was aware of the cleaning days, I was not asked for consent for someone to enter the property while I was there. I returned from shopping to find someone walking in and out of the bedroom, which made me uncomfortable.

The appartment rooms are very spacious and comfortable and centrally located in an amazing area of kilimani ( all commodities are available ). The host was also kind and very reactive

Some Equipments need improvement. Indeed, did not appreciate to be over charged for using payment by card method..

Spacious,clean, stylish, and in a super convenient location close to everything. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!
