OUR CONFIRMED BOOKING.COM BOOKING WAS CANCELLED DIRECTLY FROM PROPERTY WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE AND OUR CONERN WHILE BOOKING.COM WAS SHOWING IT CONFIRMED. THEY SOLD OUR PRE-BOOKED ROOM AT HIGHER PRICE TO ANOTHER GUESTS. WE WERE HARASSED TOO MUCH AND HAD TO STAY IN NO RATING LODGE AT HIGH COST WITH LOW GRADE AMENITIES. THIS WAS THE PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WE HAD EVER.

No sheets for bed told I should of brought my own sheet sleeping bag. Badly bitten by mosquitos on first night. I was told I should be on malaria tablets fortunately did not experience anything like this in any other hotels. Accommodation was cancelled during my flight. I had informed them that I would be late and pay for my booked days. Price moved up with rebooking and then an addition tax payment

They deny you a place if you go through any booking app. They want to Loot as much as money they can when u are going offline there

Stayed here because of proximity to airport. Manager spoke excellent English and saved us money by suggesting tuk tuk to airport rather than our taxi.

The property is very nice and perfect for one night stays if u are coming for some work and also it's not that far from the airport. Food is very good just like a 5 star restaurant and the staff is so nice welcoming and it feels safe over there.

It's fine if u are the for an overnight stay but for long stats make sure u take a good room spacious and with a window my room was small but it didn't bother me cuz I stayed only for a night and it served the purpose of my stay very genuine staff very tasty food perfect location overall nice.

Staff is very friendly breakfast South Indian dish and Indian pure veg and very testy.food quality very tasty and best clean and nice hotel.
