"House and stay comfortable , however garden areas let it down"

House very comfortable and clean

Unfortunately gardens not maintained so very overgrown and lots of weeds , doesn’t give very good first impression when entering house and not nice garden to sit in good weather

Good location, 20 min walk across to the Newcastle side of the river, Good for parking, quiet area, well stocked kitchen, near to supermarkets etc.

The boiler wasn't working on the first morning however the hosts sent someone out to fix the boiler straight away
