Price was great, as was location to ESU. Room was good, nice size, beds comfortable. Coffee machine but no cups. No shampoo just hand soaps. Couldn't get tv to work. No office

I liked how they had a bar and a pool that was probably the most fun we enjoyed while being at the hotel itself we enjoyed karaoke night there one of my family members sang a song with other people from the bar it’s was amazing we enjoyed the pool table in the bar as well other residents joined us we also played in the huge pool they.. some bar tenders were so there..

I didn’t like the room itself when we got there it was dirty no one cleaned it beds are hard back hurts because of it their were dead bugs everywhere on the walls in the bathroom on the ceiling, the table fridge microwave dresser and in the drawers and night stand were all dirty.. we asked for it to be cleaned but they never cleaned it.. I asked for new sheets and blankets never got those either bed was dirty and had dirt all over it I was itchy and uncomfortable all nights I’ve been there we cleaned it up ourselves I asked a house keeper the next morning if she can clean the room she said that she couldn’t go in the rooms while occupied at all that she was gonna give us the things to do it ourselves which made me mad.. cause what’s housekeeping for? Or room service? It’s should have been cleaned before we came.. They were rude at times.. neighbors next to us had kids everyone was loud they woke us up every morning we asked them to quiet down not one time did they quiet down we were on vacation never seemed like it.. she was yelling by our door kids yelling crying the lady cussing and yelling at her kids they were knocking at our door messing with the door handle and everything..

Canceled reservation 24 hrs prior to policy, due to no ADA accommodations. Can not do steps , with a service animal, mobility issues. The hotel could not accommodate. Spoke with resort directly, well ahead of cancellation policy. I was charged full amount, refusing to refund for a stay I did not stay , due to no ADA accommodation offered. Oyo is refusing to refund, who is handling the reservation. Buyer be ware…..

Great weekend with fun people. Bartender Renee is attentive and outgoing! Karaoke night lots of entertainment. Convenient location. Pool fun for kids and adults.

"non-smoking" room clearly had had a recent smoker in it. Hadn't been cleaned properly... toilet paper roll was almost gone; dirt on the floor; hair in one of the bath towels; the shower had to run for 30s before the rusty orange water turned clear; no indication of hot/cold water; the toilet flushed ok once but I had to open up the back of it and fix the mechanism the second time; there were a few flies in the room; one bed's mattress had several dips; stained bedspread; the other bed was ok, slept well enough. I don't want to know what anything may have looked like with a black light.
