The location and hoste was 10/10.

Great spot, very clean and super attentive!

Mattress in the first room was a little soft, but we didn’t get a sore back so maybe was just our preference

Appartment situated in the city center. Free parking 100 m walking distance in the parking house.

Portative air conditioner in kitchen was not enough to cool down the whole apartment in hot weather. For longer stay with family its little bit tiny appartment.

Very organized owner! We were sent detailed instructions in advance on how to park and where to collect keys etc. This could have been very confusing, but it was easy with the instructions provided. Nice apartment in the heart of Udine. Plenty of space for our family of 4.

While this unit does have AC, it was via a machine that is only in the kitchen. It was VERY hot the night we stayed. It had gotten up to 96F (35.5C) that day and did not drop to a very cool temp during the night. We were really hoping for better AC. Regarding parking, don't plan to park anything larger than a small SUV in the parking spot. We had to get our first and then the driver had to crawl out through the passenger door to get out of the vehicle. It was an adventure and luckily we were in a pretty good mood, so it was ok, but I can't imagine this with a vehicle any larger. Unless, of course, the spot next to it (left side) was not occupied. We were not so lucky.

Everything, owner was super friendly. Very thoughtful to leave coffee and tea and biscuits for us. Super clean.
