The Printhouse - Downtown Boutique Apartments by Sea N' Rent

בכל הקשור לאחריות מקום האירוח ושירות הלקוחות - היה נפלא! המקום הפתיע אותי לטובה, תמורה נהדרת למחיר. החדר היה נעים לשהיה, גדול ומרווח, נקי מאוד, והיו בו כל האמצעים לשהות אף ממושכת יותר - כולל מטבח מאובזר להכנת אוכל, מכונת קפה נוסף על קומקום חשמלי ועוד. שירות הלקוחות היה אדיב ומקצועי, והכניסה לחדר היתה קלה ופשוטה בהתאם להנחיות. המיקום כבסיס ליציאה לבילוי בעיר התחתית, קירבה לתחנת הרכבת, קירבה לתחבורה ציבורית - מצויין. המקום סומן אצלי כמקום הלינה המועדף בחיפה עבורי.

הבעיה היחידה עבורי במיקום, היא שהמבנה יושב סמוך לכביש ראשי (דרך העצמאות), ובכל שעות הלילה אופנועים חולפים שם ברעש רב, ולא מעט רכבי חירום. בפעם הבאה אגיע עם אטמים :).

החדר מרווח ונוח. נקי למדי. הפסיליטיז מרשימים: ארון מרווח, מקרר גדול יחסית, מיקרוגל, מכונת קפה, קרש גיהוץ ומגהץ. שיטת הנעילה הדיגיטלית שמאפשרת להגיע ולצאת בכל שעה, בלי תלות במפתח או במארח - מאד נוחה (אם כי באופן קבוע, אחרי הכניסה לחדר, הנעילה צפצפה ממושכות, עד שהכנסתי את הקוד פעם נוספת. אולי אני לא הבנתי משהו לגבי המנגנון?) עם המארחים לא הייתה לי שום אינטראקציה, כך שאין לי משוב לתת לגביהם. ממש מתחת לבניין ישנם מספר ברים ומקומות בילוי. לי לא היו רלוונטיים, אבל למי שכן בעניין, הקרבה נוחה.

התארחתי בחדר מספר 7. יש בעיה עם השירותים והמים יורדים כל הזמן, מה שאומר שיש רעש קבוע בחדר. מאד מפריע. החלונות פונים אל רחוב ראשי וסואן ואינם אטומים עד הסוף. יש רעש של תנועת רכבים כל הלילה. חיבור ה WI-FI לא עבד. (מודה שלא פניתי לבקש שיטפלו בבעיות הללו. החדר שימש אותי ללינה בין טיולים ולכן לא רציתי להתעסק בתיקונים). וקצת מבאס שצריך לחפש חניה ולשלם עליה.

Location, balcony.

The room was dirty, its seem like somebody stayed there and later we found out, that its seems to be true! The kitchen electrical stuff was also in a bad condition, smashed, dirty. Expired coffee was suggested to guests. In the bathroom there was a layer of clack everywhere! The shower head was not only with layers of calcium it was with chunk of dirt! The toilet flash was with fingerprints! The balcony wasn’t clean too, all the chairs was in birds poop. The closet was dusty, the chairs inside the room was with stains. But the worse part was at night! When somebody nock on our door in 1:30am and later entered the right doorcode! And tried to enter to our apartment! After we stopped him, he tried to enter, in the same way to all apartments in our floor! The owners/ customers service there- just don’t care! Nobody did anything with this situation. Don’t believe to Alexy, his words worth- nothing! He is a scammer! There is no compensation! Be aware- they not changing the doorcodes, anyone can enter to your apartment and live there while you not there or worse things can happened. Stay away from this place!

The room was spotless, comfortable, quiet, and in the best location in town — truly amazing value for money. The staff was communicative, and check-in/check-out were smooth and easy. The apartment was easy to find, and everything was exactly as described. The location is a perfect 10/10, right in the heart of the Turkish Market, surrounded by bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and charming little shops. There’s a 24/7 AM:PM convenience store right across the street, and it’s an easy walk to both the train station and the Carmelit. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and full of character. Inside, the apartment was exceptionally clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the bed was big and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you might need, and the closet and table were thoughtful, practical additions. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place in a fantastic Haifa location, this is unbeatable value.

I do not have a single complaint.

The location is great . The restaurant literally downstairs is the best value we’ve experienced in Haifa. Apartment is very quiet despite being located in a busy area of restaurants.

There is no cleaning during the stay or refill, even we stayed 5 days. This could be improved. However, the owner offered to supply coffee when we asked for it.

We stayed at The Printhouse - Downtown Boutique Apartments by Sea N' Rent in Haifa for two weeks and had a truly wonderful experience. First of all, the building itself is beautiful – a charmingly renovated historical print house that now offers stylish, modern comfort while preserving its unique character. The combination of old and new gives the place a very special atmosphere. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a long stay – from kitchen appliances and utensils to a washing machine, which was especially convenient. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We particularly appreciated the central location: just a short walk from cafes, local markets and public transport. It was easy to explore Haifa and the surrounding area, and we always felt safe walking around, even in the evenings. The check-in process was smooth and well-organized, and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. All in all, we had a peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely return to The Printhouse on our next visit to Haifa. Highly recommended!
