"Apartamento agradable en unbanización tranquila a 10 minutos andando de la playa"

La ubicación del apartamento en un extremo de la urbanización hacen que sea muy tranquilo. El solarium es ideal para pasar las noches con un poco más de fresquito. El porche de la entrada es perfecto para comer ya que a esas horas está a la sombra.

Los apartamentos de esa urbanización son un poco antiguos y no les vendría mal una reforma. Tener otro baño o un aseo en la planta baja o en el solarium sería perfecto para no estár subiendo y bajando escaleras.
