"Heerlijke en mooie omgeving om rust te komen"

Prachtige rustige locatie. Goed ontbijt, vriendelijke mensen. Heerlijke kamer, upgrade zonder naar te vragen en uiteindelijk een week gebleven ipv 3 dagen.

De spa misschien vernieuwen.

We haven’t visited for a long time. Such a beautiful building and setting, peaceful and relaxing. We had forgotten how lovely Bishopstrow is! A real touch to be greeted by a bottle of bubbly on ice in our room, and card. Incredibly thoughtful and really made our time extra special. Being busy working parents we haven’t truly appreciated time together in a while and lovely to be able to spend time away at the hotel. Spa was bliss, meal in the restaurant in the evening was faultless and breakfast was delicious. Very happy to accommodate dietary restrictions, nothing was a hassle to the staff we encountered. Staff were so friendly and chatty. Polite, well mannered and lovely to see that staff enjoy their place of work. Definitely won’t leave it too long in returning (if the kids let us!).

"Fine hotel facilities let down by poor service."

The landscape a gardens the hotel is set in. The food at dinner. The way Brandon a head waiter sorted out the earlier problems caused by a poor bar service.

The lack Gluten free food options on the dinner menu.ie No Starter options and only 1out of 4 on the Main options . The difficulties in controlling the room temperature .(Only by adjusting the radiator settings) The 45minute wait for the hot breakfast to be served.

Beautiful hotel in a superb location. The spa is good. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The food and service in the restaurant is excellent.

The lighting in the bathroom (Room 1) was poor and it was extremely difficult to apply my makeup
