GBThe room was great and so was the view.
finding the entrance to the building was a little confusing to me as it doesn't have a sign or a front desk and I wasn't aware about the key situation on booking. The booking confirmation said the keys would be left in a lock box and to contact them for the code. So you need to ensure you have a phone that works in Malaysia as there is no free wifi at the entrance. Luckily I did and so was able to contact them but with not much battery on my phone, so be prepared. The communal corridors are not great and dated and so I was worried but once I got in the room I was very pleased. I assumed their would be a reception so it caught me off guard.
NZRoom was spacious.
We were surprised that this condominium looked like an abandoned project. Looks like there was renovation going on but left uncompleted so we felt unsafe when leaving our room. It would help if the state of the condominium was mentioned so guests would know what to expect. Room was decent-sized, however, aircon was covered with dust. Microwave wasn't plugged in and left on top of the fridge with no power-point.

They didn’t prepare a towel to put in front of the bathroom, towel is not enough.
