There was no heater in my room. I complained and it was not fixed neither was I given another room despite my complaints. I slept in the cold. They put in an air conditioner that doesn’t have a heater.

ARFue una verguenza. Un par de días antes de llegar me avisan que la habitación no estaba en condiciones por eso me mandaban a Barcelona centro. Le dije que no estaba de acuerdo, que me reintegren lo que había pagado. Me dijeron que no. Por ese motivo tuve que buscar otro lugar en esa zona. Me estafaron porque no me devolvieron lo que me habían cobrado. Escribí a Booking y no recibí respuesta! Quiero que digan quién me devuelve el dinero????

De werking de helft doorgestuurd een echte schande om 18.00 daar en om 11.30 pas binnen op de kamer dan ook nog verhuizen daar we eerst een bevestiging hadden ontvangen en dan nog moeten verhuizen we die taxi ook nog Betalen voor de verhuis niet te geloven hoe jullie ons behandelen

ITLo que más me gustó es que tiene el metro enfrente y supermercados pequeños cerca. La habitación donde estuve tenia balcón y pude llevar mí mascota
El colchón de la habitación F está viejo y necesita un recambio porque se hunde. Aconsejo recambio
