SEAVIEW LUXURY CONDO HOMESTAY 2Bed 2bath Jesselton Quay by R2 Residence

The location was great. Right next to the Jetty and the mall. Only problem was the noise from the nearby busy road, but it was okay as long as there weren’t sirens from emergency services at night.

The mattress was soiled with either urine or faces and the management said they would give us a partial refund for the inconvenience. They then failed to give us a refund and said we could only have one if we give them a 5 star review and do not leave a comment. Escalated with booking.com. Had other issues such as the TV not working (which they did fix) and no working bulbs in the bedside lamps (which they did not fix)

Good location with a few steps to Jesselton port which we take boat to the islands. The room equipped with everything we need and it is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The host gives responses quickly for any questions and provides crystal clear check in instructions. No problem to do the check in or out self. Recommend to everyone to stay here.

The apartment overall is very and new. Location wise is quite near to Jesselton ferry terminal. Check in instructions is very clear and easy

It's at the right end of the city centre. The room.we stayed in although on the 18th floor, the vehicle noise from the main road and t-junction can be quite loud if you are a light sleeper.

clean, comfortable and perfect place to stay with seaview and complete cooking utensil.. the staff also very kind and helpful. They provide the parking card which is actually not available for guest. really appreciate and recommended
