Clean, Cozy, water dispense, wifi, hair dryer etc. all basic things needed and they provided. comes with 2 carparks as well. Near to MRT and Puchong Jaya for food.

One of the room without aircon. Damage Deposit is bank in to owner not collect cash as per terms and condition. For those who really care dispute might need to consider this. However, the owner did return the deposit on time after the cleaner checked the condition. The blanket a bit smelly as they did not using duvet cover. Not sure how they sanitised it or clean.

"House area is very calm & quite. A comfortable house to stay in for leaisure & with family. Staff is very friend"

The house area is near to facilities & shop. took ~10mins from LRT Kinrara Station to the residence. Residency is calm & quite. Very comfortable to stay. Staff is very friendly & helpful!

WILL NOT RECOMMEND. Landlord ask for collection of deposit of RM250, but blame us for stains and door stopper damage which not by us and want deduct our deposit for RM 50 stains not by us and RM 50 for door stopper spoilt not by us THE UNIT ITSELF - there is spider and ants, - dead lizard - drawers were spoilt The property manager are being unreasonable and accusing us for all the stains and damage.
