"House prime location owner rude"

The property was good location The property owner took me in same day

. The property owner asked what time would we like to arrive I requested 9-10 pm. He told me the property would be ready at that time. We arrived at 9:15 he asked if we could wait 15 minutes for the cleaner to finish cleaning. We waited in the car for 30 mins. I called and requested if we could at least wait inside. When we came in the house was no where near complete. The sheets were in the dryer. The cleaning lady son was running around. We dropped off our groceries and luggage I messaged him and told him we would just go out for dinner and requested to leave my bags. She didn’t finish cleaning until after 11. When we arrived I noticed a chip on the wooden stairs. I didn’t think much of it. There was a broken table so we assumed that there was a party with the prior guests. We was told we would receive pictures after the cleaning lady was done we never received pictures I had to contact the owner because the third floor sink was stopped up. I had to plugged it to fix the issue. My friend sent a picture of stained blood on her sheets in her bedroom. When all is said and done he’s trying to keep my deposit claiming we damaged the stairs

"Amazing stay in Houston"

Spacious, clean, beautiful… Great location in cute and quiet neighbourhood but easily accessible to any area. Very comfortable townhouse with full kitchen, pool table and more.

Music system not ready to be used and TV channels hard to setup

Loved the Townhouse and the convenience of walking to restaurants. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. The price for a 5 night stay was great 👍. We were able to park in the garage which was a big plus for us. Nothing negative to report.
