we ask about brooms and dust pan. they said to me oh they l can’t provide that. they should provide that because. they renting the property .

Reasonable location. Property an ok size. Fire in the lounge nice but not enough to heat the far end if heating not working & on a 2 hour timer.

We booked this property because it said it had a pool, there is no mention prior to booking that to use the pool each person has to buy a weekly pass from the caravan park. It states the property has a bath, which it does not and it states bedroom one has two double beds which it does not. It has one double bed which is extremely springy, wobbly and uncomfortable. I have a caravan myself and the bed is not like this. The worst problem was that the heating did not work. There are no instructions, for the heating or for the gas which had also run out. I followed the text messages from the owner to get the heating working, but he gave us the wrong information. Which was confirmed by the cleaners that attended in the morning (I showed them the messages) the cleaners managed to sort the heating out, so it was really frustrating that we had a freezing cold night which was completely preventable. At midnight, the owner had said that we would have a refund due to the heating, however, in the morning he changed his mind and only offered £20, this was then up to £30 but we have paid £93 to stay in this caravan with no heating and were completely misled about the facilities. It was the worst place I have stayed and worst night sleep with my son being upset and cold. I really wish that we had just driven home at midnight but it was a two hour journey. It was also dirty. My son spilt a few drops of water by the sink in the toilet, I mopped this up with a tissue. I was horrified to see that it was black (see photo). The caravan had a musty smell throughout and the bedding did not smell fresh. There are no towels but this is not mentioned before you book either. I would expect towels when paying £93 for 2 people. The shower is really slow draining so you are stood in water when showering. I would only stay in one of these caravans again, if I booked direct through the park. I have now learnt I have now learned that the facilities are included when you do it this way.
