AULocation was amazing , close to the train station , bus stops right outside the door if you needed it . Nice big bath in the bathroom , unfortunately I didn’t get to use it this time. There was a welcome fruit cake in the room with a knife set up , I thought that was lovely ☺️
The bed wasn’t very comfortable ,for us anyway , too soft , and low , I think it would be better for couples if it was a queen , I think this one was a double, probably fine for a solo traveller though .

GBAccess info was clear and very easy to follow. The room was welcoming, bright and warm. The view was gorgeous (we were so lucky with the weather!)
Only downside was that the bathroom was separate, but no issues actually arose other than the worry that doors opening and closing in the middle of the night disturbed other guests (I'm pregnant so my bladder doesn't allow me the grace of a full nights sleep!) I do think the price was steep for what it was - I'd h ave been more comfortable with £50 less but I suppose the price went up as there was an event on at Dreamland (which is why we were there!) and accommodation was in demand!

GBRoom was large, location couldn't be better...short walk to the station and right on the beach. The view from the room window was excellent...sea view from large windows. The bed was super comfy too. The bathroom was huge, with a large bath and powerful shower.
The bathroom was separate from the bedroom, but this was just a small thing.
GBOur stay was perfect. The hotel was very peaceful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely comfy bed! We were so close to everything. We stayed to see a concert at Dreamland and it was about a 3 min walk away. The hotel provide plenty of local tourist info to peak our interest too! The was also a short walk to all the little breakfast spots nearby and the view of the beach in the morning was lovely to wake up to! We loved our stay!

GBFantastic location, great view. Room was large and tidy, clean. Host was friendly, welcoming and info both in writing and verbally super useful, and accurate! Best Fish n chips/beach/restaurant recommendations were spot on.
The rattle-y middle drawer that was really awkward and annoying to pull out/push back, in the chest of drawers below the porthole window. Bathroom window hinge was dusty and dirty.
