Neat and good location
issue with dishwasher with water in the bottom so we did not use it being from Australia, not use to the heater and was warm upstairs to the point where we needed it cooler but wasn't sure how to change them down

The front door is hard to open and lock. The door leading to the garden is also stiff.

Great location. Private parking. Comfortable beds. Warm, cosy and clean. Friendly host.
I feel the ‘exceptional’ rating was a bit misleading. The property was tastefully decorated but not to a particularly high standard (bathroom sink cracked, laminate flooring coming away in the lounge, carpets fraying on the landing). The outside area was a bit shabby although, as we were visiting in October, we had not really planned to use it. Having said that, we would stay here again as the location was great.
