Modern 2-Bed Apartment with Balcony, Close To Oxford City Centre With Free Parking

The building is fairly new and the apartment is in good condition. The beds are comfortable with memory foam mattress toppers. Large spaces in the private lot behind the building (although you then have to walk around the building to enter via the front door). There is a mini-mart next door and supermarkets within a few minutes drive. Salt, pepper, oil, instant coffee, and tea were available in the kitchen. Crockery and pots/pans/utensils were in good condition.

It is worth noting that the unit is a second-floor walk-up and does not have a private entrance, as stated in the listing. The front of the building does not have an exterior light, making it difficult to use the key in the dark when coming back at night. The bathroom is a small internal room and the extractor struggles to vent, so everything is covered in condensation after a shower or bath. The kitchen could do with a dishwasher. Cleaning can be a bit iffy -- we arrived to find some dirty garments from previous guests in a drawer and under a bed, as well as one of the kitchen bins still full. We were also charged for a broken toilet brush, which we hadn't touched during our stay.

Property was clean and spacious, modern decoration and had everything we needed.

No lift and car park at the back meant a few trips round the building and up the stairs to get all our luggage in but we’re fit and healthy so it was no big drama but may be more challenging for some.

Absolutely lovely apartment. Very clean and well equipped in a nice quiet location. Would highly recommend

It is a little far out from the city centre so we needed to drive but we knew this from other reviews so we expected it so that was fine. There is a 40 minute walking route but due to heavy rain previously it was a bit muddy.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable, good communication from the host and easy access instructions.

The description says it is minutes from the city centre which I think is a bit misleading. We actually walked to it on the day we arrived and it took nearly an hour from the town centre, we then used cabs to get us into town and back again in the evening, the fare was between £10 and £15 and it was a 15-20 minute car journey

Property is modern, clean & comfortable with good facilities. The host Cormac was very helpful & responsive to our queries promptly & allowed us to leave our lugguages after checking out so that we could visit Oxford freely.

There was no signal to the TV so we couldn’t watch the news but there were subscriptions channels for movies etc. The seal in the bathroom screen might need attention as the water dripped out to the floor during a shower.

Quiet, comfortable and well resourced. The owner was very friendly, responsive and helpful.

would be good if floor carpets could be provided to the wash room . I believe the cleaners forgot to put the floor carpet in the wash room

The location to city centre. Loved the apartment it was very well decorated, the beds were very comfortable and no noise so had really great sleeps.
